1. Summary
1.1 We use only cookies that are technically necessary for the operation of the portal. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build user profiles.
1.2 For this reason no consent banner is shown. Technically necessary cookies do not require consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
1.3 Additional cookies are set during payment by our payment service providers. These are described in section 4.
2. What cookies are
2.1 Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to recognise your browser between page views, for example to keep you signed in.
2.2 The same rules apply to comparable technologies such as local storage and session storage. Where we use these, they are covered by this policy.
3. Cookies we set
3.1 These cookies are set on our own domain and are required for the portal to function.
powerhub-session
Purpose: maintains your session and keeps you signed in.
Duration: expires at the end of the session, at the latest after 24 hours.
Type: technically necessary. Set as HttpOnly and Secure.
XSRF-TOKEN
Purpose: protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Without it, orders and settings could be submitted in your name from another site.
Duration: expires at the end of the session, at the latest after 24 hours.
Type: technically necessary. Set as Secure.
ts_perf_mode_user and ts_perf_tier
Purpose: store the display and performance mode you have selected, so that the portal reopens with your chosen setting.
Duration: up to 12 months.
Type: technically necessary, as they store a setting you have chosen yourself.
3.2 These cookies are the only ones set before you reach the payment stage. No third-party cookies are set when you browse the portal, sign in or place an order.
4. Cookies set during payment
4.1 When you purchase Credits, our payment service providers load their own components. This is necessary in order to process the payment and to prevent fraud. Without it, payment cannot take place.
4.2 Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, performance of a contract, and § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.

Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, Ireland
Purpose: fraud prevention, recognises the device across payments.
Duration: 12 months.
__stripe_sid
Provider: Stripe.
Purpose: fraud prevention within a single payment session.
Duration: 30 minutes.
4.3 During payment, Stripe also loads resources from js.stripe.com, b.stripecdn.com, m.stripe.network and pay.google.com, and uses the bot protection service hCaptcha (newassets.hcaptcha.com). These components store data in your browser's local and session storage. This storage is controlled by Stripe, not by us. Further information can be found in Stripe's privacy notice.
4.4 If you pay using PayPal, you are redirected to PayPal. Cookies set on PayPal's own domain are set by PayPal under its own responsibility. Further information can be found in PayPal's privacy notice.
4.5 We do not receive or store complete card details at any time.
5. Local and session storage
5.1 Our portal stores technical values in your browser's storage, for example to preserve the state of a form while you are filling it in. This data remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us as a separate record.
5.2 During payment, the providers named in section 4 also use browser storage. This is described in section 4.3.
6. What we do not use
6.1 No web analytics, in particular no Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager.
6.2 No advertising or retargeting cookies.
6.3 No social media plugins.
6.4 No fonts loaded from external servers. All fonts are served from our own server.
7. Controlling cookies
7.1 You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and block them for the future.
7.2 Please note that the portal cannot be used if you block the cookies listed in section 3. Without a session cookie you cannot sign in, and without the security token no form can be submitted.
7.3 Instructions for the common browsers can be found in their help pages under "Cookies" or "Privacy".
8. Changes to this policy
8.1 We will update this page if we introduce further cookies or services. If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, we will obtain your consent before they are set.
