1. Summary
1.1 In the portal (portal.powerhub.group) we use only cookies that are technically necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies there, and we do not create user profiles.
1.2 On our information site (powerhub.group) we additionally use marketing and analytics cookies (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics), but only if you have consented beforehand. Until you consent, no connection to Meta or Google is established and no such cookie is set. Details in clause 5.
1.3 Technically necessary cookies do not require consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. For the marketing and analytics cookies we obtain your consent through a banner before they are set. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
1.4 Additional cookies are set during payment by our payment service providers. These are described in section 4.
2. What cookies are
2.1 Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to recognise your browser between page views, for example to keep you signed in.
2.2 The same rules apply to comparable technologies such as local storage and session storage. Where we use these, they are covered by this policy.
3. Cookies we set
3.1 These cookies are set on our own domain and are required for the portal to function.
powerhub-session
Purpose: maintains your session and keeps you signed in.
Duration: expires at the end of the session, at the latest after 24 hours.
Type: technically necessary. Set as HttpOnly and Secure.
XSRF-TOKEN
Purpose: protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Without it, orders and settings could be submitted in your name from another site.
Duration: expires at the end of the session, at the latest after 24 hours.
Type: technically necessary. Set as Secure.
ts_perf_mode_user and ts_perf_tier
Purpose: store the display and performance mode you have selected, so that the portal reopens with your chosen setting.
Duration: up to 12 months.
Type: technically necessary, as they store a setting you have chosen yourself.
3.2 In the portal, these cookies are the only ones set before you reach the payment process. No third-party cookies are set when visiting the portal, signing in or placing an order.
3.3 On the information site powerhub.group we additionally set the following cookie of our own:

Purpose: stores the language you selected, so the site opens in the same language on your next visit.
Duration: 12 months.
Type: technically necessary, as it stores a setting you chose yourself. Set as Secure with SameSite=Lax.
4. Cookies set during payment
4.1 When you purchase Credits, our payment service providers load their own components. This is necessary in order to process the payment and to prevent fraud. Without it, payment cannot take place.
4.2 Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, performance of a contract, and § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.

Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, Ireland
Purpose: fraud prevention, recognises the device across payments.
Duration: 12 months.

Provider: Stripe.
Purpose: fraud prevention within a single payment session.
Duration: 30 minutes.
4.3 During payment, Stripe also loads resources from js.stripe.com, b.stripecdn.com, m.stripe.network and pay.google.com, and uses the bot protection service hCaptcha (newassets.hcaptcha.com). These components store data in your browser's local and session storage. This storage is controlled by Stripe, not by us. Further information can be found in Stripe's privacy notice.
4.4 If you pay using PayPal, you are redirected to PayPal. Cookies set on PayPal's own domain are set by PayPal under its own responsibility. Further information can be found in PayPal's privacy notice.
4.5 We do not receive or store complete card details at any time.
5. Marketing and analytics cookies on the information site (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
5.1 On our information site powerhub.group we use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to measure how our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram perform, and to show relevant advertisements there to visitors of our site.
5.2 The pixel is loaded only after you have clicked “Accept all” in the consent banner. Until then your browser does not request any file from Meta. No connection is established and no data is transmitted, not even your IP address.
5.3 After your consent, the following cookies are set:

Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
Purpose: recognises your browser across page views, so that advertisements and visits can be matched to one another.
Duration: 90 days.
Type: requires consent.
_fbc
Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
Purpose: stores the identifier of the advertisement you arrived through. Set only if you reach us via an advertisement.
Duration: 90 days.
Type: requires consent.
5.4 The data transmitted to Meta comprises the address you called up, your IP address, information about your browser and device, the time of the visit, and whether you submitted the sub-dealer application form. If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram at the same time, Meta may associate this information with your account there.
5.5 Legal basis: your consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
5.6 Joint controllership: for the collection of the data on this site and its transmission to Meta, we and Meta are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. Meta provides the applicable agreement under the name “Controller Addendum”. Meta is solely responsible for any further processing after the transmission. You may exercise your rights under the GDPR against both us and Meta.
5.7 Transfers to third countries: data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5.8 Withdrawal: you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, open the banner again via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer and choose “Necessary only”. Cookies already set by Meta can be deleted in your browser settings. The lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.
5.9 The Meta Pixel is not used in the portal (portal.powerhub.group).
Google Analytics
5.10 On our information site powerhub.group we also use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It shows us how visitors reach and use our site, for example which ad or search brought them to us and whether they submit the application form.
5.11 Google Analytics is loaded only after you have clicked “Accept all” in the consent banner. Until then your browser does not request any file from Google, and no data is transmitted to Google.
5.12 After your consent, the following cookies are set:

Purpose: distinguishes visitors from one another by assigning a random identifier to your browser.
Duration: 2 years.
Type: requires consent.

Type: requires consent.
5.13 We process the pages visited, the source of the visit (such as a search engine or an ad), information about browser, device and screen, the approximate region, the times of the visits and whether you submitted the sub-dealer application form. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 uses your IP address only to determine the approximate region and neither logs nor stores it. We have switched off Google signals and ad personalisation; the data is not linked to a Google account.
5.14 Legal basis: your consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
5.15 Processing on our behalf: Google processes the data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google under Art. 28 GDPR.
5.16 Transfers to third countries: data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5.17 Retention: the analytics data is deleted at Google after 14 months.
5.18 Withdrawal: you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, open the banner again via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer and choose “Necessary only”. We then remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. The lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.
5.19 Google Analytics is not used in the portal (portal.powerhub.group).
6. Local and session storage
6.1 Our portal stores technical values in your browser's storage, for example to preserve the state of a form while you are filling it in. This data remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us as a separate record.
6.2 During payment, the providers named in section 4 also use browser storage. This is described in section 4.3.
6.3 On the information site we store your decision about the consent banner in your browser’s local storage under the name ph-consent. Purpose: so that you are not asked again on every visit. Duration: 12 months. Type: technically necessary. The value remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
7. What we do not use
7.1 No web analytics in the portal. On the information site, Google Analytics only with your consent, see clause 5.
7.2 No advertising or retargeting cookies in the portal. On the information site only after your consent, see clause 5.
7.3 No social media plugins, meaning no embedded buttons or content from social networks.
7.4 No fonts loaded from external servers. All fonts are served from our own server.
8. Controlling cookies
8.1 You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and block them for the future.
8.2 Please note that the portal cannot be used if you block the cookies listed in section 3. Without a session cookie you cannot sign in, and without the security token no form can be submitted.
8.3 Instructions for the common browsers can be found in their help pages under "Cookies" or "Privacy".
8.4 You can change your consent to the marketing and analytics cookies under clause 5 at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of our information site. You do not need to use your browser settings for this.
9. Changes to this policy
9.1 We will update this page if we introduce further cookies or services. If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, we will obtain your consent before they are set.
